How To Empower Myself As A Woman

Do you ever experience self-fatigue?

Have you ever felt like you were putting too much effort into yourself? 

When do you feel like you're being overly theatrical, loud, or pushing and forcing everything?

Women set the pace, so you can tell when you're out of your element. Everything around you is impacted.

 

It has an impact on your family, friends, and job.

You succumb to mood swings, consume unhealthy meals, and 

take actions that utterly upset the delicate hormonal balance in your body.

For this reason, I think it's important for women to encourage one another, share knowledge, 

and aid in one another's healing.

I got to where I am now in that manner.
 

Although I'm typically quiet and introverted, I wasn't that way when I was younger.

I was tremendously invested in my macho vigor. 

When I got my period, I was quite forceful, loud, and aggressive.

I also had hormone problems, a protracted menstrual cycle, and irregular menses.

Because doctors weren't sure what was going on and I was too sensitive to realize

that I could better advocate for myself.

I went to the doctors and received a number of ambiguous diagnoses.

had no idea what was going on.

 
 
As I learned more about alternative medicine, I started to fit the puzzle together. 

I started researching what natural healing entailed. 

What it would entail for me, how it would manifest in my life and body, etc.
